To start your custom project, please contact us by sending an email to sales@altitudsim.com or registering at the bottom of this page.

In your message, include the following details:
• Aircraft model you want to replicate.
• Tail number (registration), if applicable.
• A clear photo of the aircraft’s panel.
• Your intended use: whether it’s for a full or partial simulator, and whether it will be used for training, hobby, or certification (Transport Canada / FAA).
• Your contact information, and a WhatsApp number if available, for faster communication.

Once we receive your request, our team will reach out to gather additional information and send you a personalized quote along with the contract documents.

After signing, we will coordinate a visit to the actual aircraft (when possible) to take precise measurements, visual references, and technical details, ensuring a simulator built with absolute accuracy and realism.

From that moment, the manufacturing process begins:
• 1 to 3 months for small or partial simulators.
• 3 to 6 months for full-scale or larger aircraft simulators.

Please note: these timelines do not include potential certification processes with Transport Canada (TC) or the FAA, if applicable.
